METAR.ws streams near real-time METAR aviation weather observations and weather-model forecasts through one WebSocket API — the identical resolution data behind weather contracts on Polymarket and Kalshi.
Connect to wss://stream.metar.ws/v1 with an API key, subscribe to stations in JSON, and receive push events with parsed fields — temperature, wind, visibility, flight category — plus raw observation text and station metadata. No raw string parsing required.
Model signals push forecast highs and lows from GFS, ICON, HRRR, ICON-D2, JMA MSM, and HARMONIE-AROME DINI the moment each run completes. Coverage spans ICAO-reporting stations worldwide, including 62 specialized stations for prediction market resolution. Free sandbox tier to start.
