Your watchlist holds paired markets, one on each venue, betting on the same event. Every row carries live top-of-book from both sides, the gap between them, the fee-adjusted net arb, and a sparkline of how that gap has been moving. Open a pair for mid-price and gap charts, top-of-book with sizes, and a deep book check that walks both order books to report how much size is actually executable after fees.

Alerts run through a per-pair state machine with hysteresis and a cooldown, so a flickering gap does not fire twenty times. Severity climbs from silent INFO to CRITICAL, which adds a sound and a taskbar flash, and any of it can also go to Telegram once you paste in your own bot token. A background job scans both platforms every 15 minutes and suggests new pairs worth watching.

Every pair carries an equivalence badge, because two markets with identical titles can still resolve in opposite directions. PolyWatch compares settlement text and expiry dates and puts both rule sets side by side, so you can read them before trusting a gap. It monitors and alerts only: there is no order placement anywhere in the codebase.
